Wash and grind cauliflower Couarsly. Similarly wash and grind pigeon pea couarsly. Grind peanuts to make it powder. Keep other ingredients ready

In a pan heat oil. Add cummin and hing. When cummin seeds crack add grated ginger,garlic and saute. Add crushed peanut and sesame seeds. Saute for a minute.

Add crushed pigeon peas. Mix mobile and let it cook do not cover. When it cooks properly add grated cauliflower turmeric powder salt and green chilli paste mix well. cover and cook.

When done add coriander, mix well and serve hot with chapati.
