  • 50 gmsmatar
  • 2onion chopped
  • 2 podsgarlic chopped
  • 3green chillies chopped
  • 1 tspjeera
  • 1tbspbof cream
  • Halfcup of full cream milk
  • 2 tbspoil
  • Salt per taste

    Clean, wash and chop palak.

  2. 2

    Take oil in a kadhai add jeera and Chillies.Gradully add onion and garlic, after frying for 2 minutes add palak and matar. When water evaporates totally add salt cook for 2 minutes lastly add cream and milk give a star and put up the gas
