Wash bajra and whole moong 2-3 times. Sock them in different bowl for 6-7 hrs. After that take them in pressure cooker along with green peas, salt and water. Pressure cook it for 6-7 whistle. Cool down till pressure releases.

For tempering, in a pan add ghee, and cumin seeds. Whenseeds crack add Hing. Add finally chopped onion and saute it.

Add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, powder chilli powder and salt. Cook it on medium flame for 4- 5 minutes. Mash it with potato masser while steering occasionally.

Add the cooked mixture of Bajra and moong. Add 1/4 cup of water, mix well, cook it on medium flame for 4-5 mins. Serve moong and bajra khichdi hot.
