Steps

Sift bread flour and cake flour. Then add salt, sugar and yeast whisk to mix it. Add pumpkin, warm milk and melted butter. Knead until smooth. Cover for 1 hour.

Divide into 8 parts roll it. Cover for 15 minutes. Before bake brush with fresh milk.

Preheat the oven at 175 degrees celsius, bake for 15-20 minutes or until light brown on surface. Ready to enjoy 😉
