Take leftover Bajra roti and Cut Bajri Roti into pieces. Soak in water for 1/2 hour. Or till looks soft.

Heat ghee in a pan and tempered fenugreek seeds and mustard seeds. Add curry leaves and add Chopped onion ginger chilli garlic paste. Saute. Now saute Chopped tomato and Rotla pieces of turmeric powder (without water) and salt.

Add buttermilk chopped tomato coriander and garam masala.Mix it well.and cook for 3-4min. And Serve.
Tasty healthy Bajri Rotla nu shaak is ready to serve.Garnish with coriander. SERVE HOT.
