Steps

Cut the yam into desired shapes and sizes and let to boil till soft or for at least 15 minutes.

Grate the vegetables and set aside

Mesh the yam till soft and add the veggies, seasoning,salt and curry and roll into balls of desired shapes.
You could mesh using a morter and pestle, a food processor or a grater. - 4
In a bowl, break the eggs and whisk.

Add your yam balls in the whisked eggs and mix properly so the eggs are spread out to all sides of the balls.

Deep fry balls till golden brown. If eggs remain, feel free to season and make an omelette. It goes well with the yam balls.
