Whisk curd and mix all the four types of flours.Add salt and water to make batter.

Heat oil in a tadka pan2 tb.spoon.)Add mustard seeds,curry leaves and red chilli powder.Saute.Pour into the batter and mix.Mix Eno fruit salt and 1 tb.spoon.water.

Heat appe pan,grease it with the oil,fill all the cavities in the appe pan with the batter.Cover it and cook the appe for 3-4 min.Flip it over and cook for another 2-3 min.uncovered.

Your healthy and tasty appe is ready to serve.Srrve them hot with mint chutney.
