Steps

Heat ghee in a pan,saute chopped dry fruits for 2-3 minutes,take it out and keep aside

Now add ragi flour,saute for 3-4 minutes,on low flame until you get nice aroma

Further add 1 cup hot milk little by little,make sure to whisk well while adding to avoid any lumps.further add 1cup of hot water..stir continuously....let it cook for 5 minutes

Add jaggery powder,let it melt.Cook for 5 more minutes.

Now add 1more glass of hot milk again.add cardamom powder..mix well cook few more minutes..add in chopped dry fruits....

Shift in to serving dish..garnish with some more chopped dry fruits.Enjoy this scrumptious healthy Ragi kheer.you can have it hot or cold.both ways.
