Steps

Chop the chives and mix all ingredients, minus the chicken, in a bowl.

Add in the chickens, coat well and ideally marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes although this time I didn't have time for that and it still works well.

Add chickens to the airfryer at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

Ready to serve.
