Firstly take 2kg all the pav bhaji mix vegetables clean and wash and chopped and boiled in a pressure cooker 3 to 3 whistle and keep aside, take above all the above ingredients together.

Heat the vessel pour oil and butter add cumin seeds and chopped onion,

Salt and cook it till the onion colour change, in between smashed the boiled vegetables with the help of pav bhaji smasher,

After that add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and mix it nicely and cook five minutes. Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, pav bhaji masala and Kashmiri red chilli powder.

Mix it well and cook for again five minutes, add smashed boiled vegetables, mix it well.

Add salt butter some coriander leaves and mix it properly and cook ten to fifteen minutes.
