Kids-friendly Steamed Cupcake

No butter, milk and eggs. I reduced sugar so that my kids (including then 9-month-old one) can have them. The recipe is for brown sugar & raisin steamed cake, but you can change ingredients and make varieties. The purple one in the photo is purple sweet potato (powder).

Steps
- 1
Mix the flour, brown sugar and baking powder together.
- 2
Add raisins and water and mix briefly (do not mix too much).
- 3
Pour in cupcake molds (silicone is the best) and cook in the steamer for about 13 minutes.
- 4
Don't forget to use a dry cloth to avoid the water drops onto the cakes.
- 5
Cooked. Enjoy!
