Came across this in a cooking mag from about 20 years ago. Sounded a bit kooky, so we gave it a try. Suprisingly delicious and a keeper for us.

Came across this in a cooking mag from about 20 years ago. Sounded a bit kooky, so we gave it a try. Suprisingly delicious and a keeper for us.

Place half of the corn chips and peanuts in a greased 13x 9x 2"pan; set aside.

In a saucepan, bring the corn syrup and sugar to a boil.

Stir in peanut butter until blended.
- 4
Drizzle half of saucepan over corn chip/peanuts on greased pan.
- 5
Add remaining corn chips and peanuts to saucepan mixture, stir until combined.
- 6
Spoon over the mixture in the pan; press down lightly.
- 7
Drizzle with the melted chocolate and cool before cutting
