Ingredients

  1. 250 gramschopped turnips or potatoes
  2. 200 gramschopped chard leaves and stalks
  3. 100 gramswhite onion
  4. 2garlic cloves
  5. 1 TSPblack pepper
  6. 1 TSPsalt
  7. 1 TSPcumin seeds
  8. 1 TSPcurry powder
  9. 3 tablespoonsolive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the turnips or potatoes in water till soft.

    Fry white onions in the olive oil will yelow in color. Add garlic the turnips. Then add the chards.

    Add the salt and the spices. Cover for 5 to 10 min on medium heat.

Thanks a lot, that was really good. I used potatoes instead of turnips (just cause I happened to have potatoes) and my leaves were a wide variety of Swiss chard that grew in the garden. That was awesome, even my three young daughters liked ;). Thanks again!
