  2. 1 cmginger
  3. 1lemongrass
  4. 1750water
  5. 1 blockchicken powder
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. For chicken
  8. 2Maryland chicken
  9. 4keffirlime leaves
  10. 2bay leaves
  11. 2 cmgalangal
  12. 2 tspsalt
  13. 1 Lwater
  14. Blend together
  15. 10shallots
  16. 6garlic
  17. 4candle nuts
  18. 1 cmginger
  19. 1/2 tspcorriander
  20. 3 cmturmeric

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook rice with lemongrass stalk, ginger, chicken powder, and salt to make porridge

  2. 2

    Blend all the spices together and sautéed. Add chicken. Add water.

  3. 3

    Deep fry chickens until golden brown. Shred chicken.

  4. 4

    Serve porridge with the soup and shredded chicken and fried shallots.
