Wash the chicken thoroughly and cut it into medium-sized cubes.

Slice the bell peppers and onions into thin, long strips.

Add the following seasonings to the chicken: 1 tablespoon cornstarch, salt to taste, 1/2 tablespoon black pepper, 1/2 tablespoon garlic, 1/2 tablespoon coriander, 1 tablespoon vinegar, and 1/2 tablespoon ginger. Mix well.

In a cooking pot, heat a little oil, then add the chicken. Stir occasionally until fully cooked, then transfer the chicken to a bowl and set aside.

In the same pot, add a little more oil, then add the bell peppers and onions. Add the following seasonings: 1/2 cup soy sauce, salt to taste, 3 tablespoons molasses, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1/2 tablespoon garlic, 1/2 tablespoon coriander, 1/2 tablespoon black pepper, 1/2 tablespoon ginger, and 1 tablespoon vinegar.

Stir well and cook for 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender, then remove from heat.

In a large pot filled with water, bring to a boil and add the noodles. Once boiling, turn off the heat and drain the noodles.

In a large bowl, gently mix the noodles with the vegetable mixture, being careful not to break the noodles.

Serve with spicy chili sauce on the side.
