  1. 1.1 lbschicken breast (about 500 grams)
  2. 1/4 cuplime juice (4 tablespoons)
  3. 2 clovesgarlic
  4. 2 teaspoonsground pepper
  5. 1 teaspoonsalt
  6. 1 tablespoonsesame oil
  7. Toothpicks or skewers
  8. Sambal
  9. 5bird's eye chilies
  10. 3curly red chilies
  11. 1/4 teaspoonchicken bouillon powder
  12. 1/2 teaspoongranulated sugar
  13. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  14. 1/8 teaspoonground pepper
  15. 2kaffir lime leaves
  16. 1/2lime
  17. 3 1/3 tablespoonswater (50 ml)

    Wash the chicken, then cut it into cubes.

    Coat the chicken with lime juice, salt, sesame oil, chicken bouillon powder, minced garlic, salt, and ground pepper. Marinate for 15-30 minutes. The longer you marinate, the more flavorful it will be.
