Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  1. 2 cuphakka noodles
  2. 1 cupmix - cabbage, carrot, green onions, onion chopped Yellow, green, red bell peppers
  3. 1 tspsoya sauce
  4. 1/2 tspvinegar
  5. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  6. 2 tspginger garlic chilli paste
  7. as required Salt to taste
  8. 3 tspoil
  9. as required Water

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil water in a pan. Add noodles and salt to taste. Stir well and boil till become very soggy and messy. Strain it. Pour cold water to stop cooking. Apply oil on noodles to avoid sticking to each other.

    Take a kadai, on a high flame, add oil, onions, saute it. Add ginger garlic chili paste, stir well. Add all veggies one on one.

    Add salt, black pepper powder, soya sauce, vinegar, mix well. Now add noodles. Combine well. Make sure gas flame should be high.

    Ready to serve hot and spicy Chow Mein. Sprinkle some chopped spring onions.
