Boil and strain the noodles

In a large kadhai or wok, add water, turmeric, beetroot, chopped garlic, chilli sauce, salt and let it boil.

Now make a slurry of cornflour and 1/4 cup of water. Add this slurry to the boiling water and keep stirring.

Once the consistency thickens, add the bell peppers and simmer only for 1 minute.

Now to serve,
Add the noodles to the serving bowl. Add the soup and garnish with sesame seeds, spring onions and pickled red peppers.
