1/4 cupnonfat plain Greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt
5 tablespoonsnonfat ricotta
4 packetsSplenda, Equal, or Stevia (if using vanilla yogurt, may reduce or eliminate sweetener)
2egg whites (pasteurized preferred)

Beat together the yogurt, ricotta, and sweetener.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold in the egg whites into the yogurt mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Serve with fruit.
