Steps

Add the milk, water, sugar and yeast to a mixing bowl and stir together to dissolve most of the sugar

Add the flour, salt and pepper

Using kneading hook on mixer, knead until no longer sticks to hands/hook. You might need to add a bit more flour if needed

Drizzle the bowl with oil ensuring the bottom is oiled too. Cover and leave for 1 hour to double in size

Divide dough into 90g balls
- 6
Roll out into circle and fry in a light oiled pan. While in pan, prick top side with a fork. When golden turn over and cook the other side
