Wash and clean the mushrooms. Scrub the cornflour over the mushrooms.

Heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste, and onion, and saute till translucent. Now add capsicum and the stems of the mushrooms. Add dry masalas.

Remove the pan from the gas and now add bread crumbs, coriander leaves, and cheese. Mix well.

Stuff the mushrooms with the filling. Again in the same pan add oil, and place the stuffed mushrooms. Cover and cook on slow flame.

Once cooled on one side then flip to the other side. Once ready serve it in a plate and garnish it with grated cheese and tomato ketchup.
