To prepare Bhature dough, in a bowl add flour, rava, salt to taste, sugar, oil, curd and baking powder and mix everything well. Now we have to prepare a soft dough by adding little to little water as required. Cover this dough and keep it aside.

To make cholle, first of all, Kabuli gram is washed with water, soaked in hot water for five to six hours and steamed in a cooker for six to seven whistles until it becomes very soft.

From the boiled gram, take two tablespoon of gram and mash it and keep it aside.

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, dry red chillies and bay leaves.

Now add gram flour to it and roast it.

Add the tomato puree and mix it well and let it cook for two to three minutes.

Now add all the spices and salt to taste and add the boiled chickpeas and mix it well and let it cook for two to three minutes.

Add garam masala and kasoori methi and mix well.

Add the mashed chickpeas and mix well and cook till the gravy thickens a little so that our chole is ready to serve.

Knead the prepared dough with lightly oiled hands and deep fry it in hot oil.

So our Chole Bhature will be ready to serve.
