In a saucepan /tea pan
Add the water, and milk and bring it to boil, when starting to boil add crusted ginger and tea and mix well or stir it. - 2
When becomes colour is dark and changes add sugar and boil for 5 mint, ginger flavour become comes into the tea and Smell feels very good. turn off the flame and strain the tea into a cup. serve hot and enjoy.
