Steps

Boil baby potatoes, peel off, prick with fork, fry in oil,till turn golden in colour.

In a mixer jar, add ginger, garlic, chilli, onion and tomato, grind it, make a smooth paste.

Take a kadai, add oil, grinded paste, and cook till oil releases. Add turmeric powder, garam masala and salt, and jaggery. Mix well.

Now add red chili powder, and dhaniya jeera powder to the curd and add in potatoes gravy. Mix well. Add water as required. Add cardamom nutmeg powder mixed well.

Add lemon juice with freshly chopped coriander. Ready to serve hot and delicious Kashmiri Dum Aloo.
