Kashmiri style apple and tomato curry

Kashmir is famous for its natural beauty and for its aromatic dishes. Spices like saffron, cinnamon, cardamom, etc. are used in Kashmiri dishes. In this recipe, I have used apple, tomato, bay leaf and cinnamon. Apple is largely produced in Kashmir. Simple but aromatic curry!

Steps

Heat oil in a pan, add green chili, bay leaf, and cinnamon stick. Now add all the spices and tomato. Cook it for 5 min.

Add Apple pieces and cook. Add 1/2 cup water and cook for 5 min. Switch off the gas stove. Sprinkle some coriander leaves on it.

Your aromatic apple and tomato curry are ready to Serve.
