Whole Wheat Steamed Momos

In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, and ghee. Mix well and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Heat 1/2 teaspoon oil in a pan. Add the onion, garlic, and all the chopped vegetables. Add salt and black pepper, then sauté for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat.

Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a circle, fill with the vegetable mixture, and seal the edges to close the momos.

Add a little water to a deep pan and place a steamer rack inside. Arrange the momos on the rack, cover, and steam for 8 to 9 minutes. Turn off the heat.

Whole wheat vegetable momos are ready. Serve hot with red chili sauce.
