For making balls grate carrot, cauliflower, ginger

Drain all the water from vegetables and add cheese

Now add maida, coriander, salt and red chilli.. If you want you can add pinch of red food colour

Now make small balls from this mixture

Heat oil in a wok.. Fry the balls on medium flame.. They should be golden brown

Keep these fried balls aside

Now for making sauce heat 1/ tbsp oil in wok.. Saute ginger and garlic in it

Now add finely chopped onion and capsicum When they turn soft add vinegar, tomato sauce and soya sauce

Add salt and pepper.. Add1/4 cup of water

Now take 2 tbsp of courflour and add 1/2 cup of water in it and make a lumpfree slurry

Add this slurry to gravy.

Let the gravy thicken

Switch off the gas.. Serve manchurian.. Garnish it with coriander
