Finely chop all the vegetables. Make a paste of green chillies, garlic and ginger.

Heat oil in a pan, add onion and fry it well, now add cauliflower, capsicum, carrot and fry it well. Now add soya sauce, schezwan sauce, momos chutney, black pepper powder, salt as per taste (sauce contains salt) and mix well and let it evaporate. Keep vegetables cooked.

Add salt and oil to the flour and knead the dough

Make small balls of dough, roll it out, put vegetables on it, make modak-like buds and erase it to make momos. Don't take out the tip like modak.Make all the momos like this.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the momos in it well from both the sides.

Serve hot momos with schezwan chutney.
