Take a bowl, add chicken cubes pour soya sauce, vinegar, and corn flour.mix well and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, make Kung pao sauce. Make chicken stock with chicken cube and water. Add crushed chilli, garlic chopped and vinegar

Pour some soya sauce, sugar and corn flour.Mix well set aside

On another stove, heat up oil in a wok and put marinade chicken and fry. Keep aside

Heat oil in an other pan add garlic peanuts and red chillies

Fry it until fragrant add capsicum and onion fry for 2 minutes add kung pao sauce and fried chicken

Mix it on high flame.Put spring onion and sizzle it with chilli oil.

Dish out and serve with fried rice. Enjoy delicious meal with your loved ones🤗
