50 grmsbeetroot
400 grmssugar
500 mlmilk
50 gmsmilk powder
1 tspcardamom powder
5 dropwhite rose essence
5 dropsred colour
5 tspchopped dryfruits
5 tspghee

Wash and grate carrot and beet.
Take a kadai, pour ghee, add carrots and beet, saute it.

Now add milk, combine well. Stir constantly, when thickens, add sugar and milk powder, mix well. Add cardamom powder, rose essence, colour and dryfruits.
When thickens completely, turn off gas, halwa is ready.

Transfer in a heart shape mould to set perfectly. Unmould when set, garnish with chopped dryfruits. Serve With red rose to your valentine 💝
