Melt jaggery in a pan with adding some water.

Strain it with strainer.

Take flour and crushed fennel seeds in a mixing bowl.

Add melted jaggery slowly, then add ghee and mix well.

Knead a soft dough and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Make medium size balls from dough and roll out with rolling pin.

Cut in your desired shape and cook on hot tawa with adding ghee.

Cook from both sides and serve gud ki roti with a cup of hot ginger tea.
