Steps

Blanch spinach in less water & keep water separate so you can use in soup { don’t add salt & sugar }
Keep few slices of almonds for garnish
Grind spinach & almonds nicely & keep aside - 2
Heat 1 tbsp ghee in pan add ajwain after few seconds add ginger sauté it add spinach & water & boil it add salt & pepper & boil it ; check the thickness of soup if you see it’s very thick add little water blend it with blender once again & boil it
Check the seasoning also before serving - 3
Serve soup in bowls & garnish with sliced almonds & pour little warm ghee on it for enhance the taste of soup. Enjoy hot in winters
