  • 1 Cupcashews
  • 3/4 cupcranberries dried
  • 2sp desiccated coconut
  • 2dates
  • 1/2sp venila essence
  • 60 gmsdark chocolate
  • White chocolate melted as per need

    To mixijar add cashews, cranberries, coconut,dates and grind it coarsely.

    Add venila essence to cashew mixture mix it and make it to oval shaped rolls fridge it for half an hour.

    Melt dark chocolate with double boiler method,dip the prepared rolls.

    Place on the baking sheet, with melted white chocolate decorate and keep it in the fridge till set.
