Peel and mashed boiled potatoes and beetroot. Keep aside.

In cooking pan add heat oil. Add and saute garlic paste and dates chutney. Add dabeli masala and 2 tbsp water. Saute for 1 minute.

Add mashed /boiled potatoes and beetroot. Mix well. Off the flame. Transfer it in plate. Cool.

Sprinkle spicy peanuts, pomegranate pearls, chopped onion and green coriander leaves.

Slit dabeli/pav buns. Warm griddle Add Amul Butter.. as it melts roast inner slit side of pav buns.

Spread prepared beetroot dabeli mixture on lower side. Cover and roast on both sides. Open it and sprinkle besan sev as shown.

Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Butterly Beetroot Dabeli.
