2 cupslentils (about 400 grams)

3 clovesgarlic
2potatoes
1bouillon cube
Juice of 2 lemons
1 tablespoonsalt

Sort and rinse the lentils with water.

Chop the onions and garlic, then sauté them.

Add the potatoes (cut into cubes) and the bouillon cube.

Once the potatoes are sautéed, add the lentils and water.

When the lentils are cooked, add the lemon juice and salt.
