  1. 2 cupslentils (about 400 grams)
  2. 2onions
  3. 3 clovesgarlic
  4. 2potatoes
  5. 1bouillon cube
  6. Juice of 2 lemons
  7. 1 tablespoonsalt

  1. 1

    Sort and rinse the lentils with water.

    Chop the onions and garlic, then sauté them.

    Add the potatoes (cut into cubes) and the bouillon cube.

    Once the potatoes are sautéed, add the lentils and water.

    When the lentils are cooked, add the lemon juice and salt.

من رحم العطاء ولدت وانولدت معي حب المعرفة والاطلاع ، فوالدتي غرست فيني الحنان ووالدي علمني الشموخ والعنفوان وزوجي زين وجداني بالامانانا ربة منزل ومعلمة وام لثلاثة بنات رائعات ( زينب وملاك وهبه ) ومعي إجازة تعليمية في علم النفس التربوي ، أكتب قصصا وخواطر ، أسافر على متن شراع الحرف وأجوب بلاد الف ليلة وليلة وأحب الطبخ فإعداد الطعام يحتاج إلى الهدوء والاتزانسرني التواجد  في اسرة كوكباد علني استفيد من خبرتكم وأفيدكم من طرق إعدادي للمأكولات والحلويات
