Heat oil in kadhai, add chopped onions and fry till golden brown.

Now add chicken pieces, ginger garlic paste and fry for 10 minutes on low flame.

Add all the spices, dahi, chopped tomato and cook for 15 minutes on low flame till chicken in cooked and releases oil.

Serve it hot with roti or rice!!
