Here I have given some twist to my regular sabji. The taste was fantastic and my family seriously loved it
Steps

Wash and clean peas, carrot, capsicum thoroughly. Slice potatoes, dip them in water and keep aside. Slice tomatoes too.

Make paste of onion, garlic pods and cumin seeds. Add oil in a pan then add all the seeds and let it crackle then add chopped green chillies and curry leaves.

Add onion paste saute well then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Keep stirring until he masala leaves the oil.

Add all the veggies and mix well until the veggies are well coated with masalas. lower the flame and let it cook for 10-15 mins until the veggies are well cooked.

Garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy with your family. Goes well with rice and chapatis too!!!!
