Melt butter on a pan and cook the mochi under low heat. Cover with a lid. You can cook mochi in a microwave for 1 min(600w) as well.

Mix sugar and soy sauce in a bowl and apply the sauce to mochi.

Wrap with seaweed and that’s it!
