Heat oil and add asafoetida and ginger garlic green chilli paste to it. Fry for a minute or two.
Also, add the rest of the spices now. Fry for a minute.
And finally, add the chopped dill leaves to it. Add salt according to taste and saute on a high heat for almost 2-3 minutes. Now add beans with spices. Cover with a lid now and allow it to cook further without adding any water. - 2
After almost 15-18 minutes, it's almost done. Mix well and garnish with coriander.
Serve hot with chapatis or phulkas. It goes well with boiled rice and khatti daal too. Yum! - 3
It's a no onion recipe but they can be added if desired. I do it both the ways. It tastes equally great and delicious. The crunch can be maintained and it depends on one's own choice. You can increase or decrease the cooking time meticulously. Enjoy!
