Japanese-style Salmon and Vegetable Marinade

I found a lot salmon in the fridge that was about to go bad, so I decided to fry it all up I thought it would be safe to eat if it was marinated in vinegar. It was a big hit.
Marinate while everything is still piping hot. This makes it a little less tart. If the fumes of the vinegar bother you, heat the liquid seasonings in the microwave. It seemed like extra work to put it all in a container and transfer it to a dish, so I put it directly on a dish. You can put spread it out on a plate first, and arrange it nicely before putting it on the table. Steps
- 1
Put salmon, seasoned with salt and pepper in a plastic bag with flour and shake.
- 2
Cut up the onion and sweat in a pan with oil. Fry the salmon in a generous amount of oil, being careful not to burn it. Add a small amount of sesame oil (not listed). Parboil the vegetables for about a minute. Boiling the daikon for a short time makes it crunchy and not watery.
- 3
Mix the wet ingredients together in a dish, transfer the salmon as soon as it's cooked, then the vegetables. Cover with plastic wrap and it's ready when the flavor is absorbed. Marinate for at least an hour.
