Japanese-style Salmon and Vegetable Marinade

I found a lot salmon in the fridge that was about to go bad, so I decided to fry it all up I thought it would be safe to eat if it was marinated in vinegar. It was a big hit.

Marinate while everything is still piping hot. This makes it a little less tart. If the fumes of the vinegar bother you, heat the liquid seasonings in the microwave. It seemed like extra work to put it all in a container and transfer it to a dish, so I put it directly on a dish. You can put spread it out on a plate first, and arrange it nicely before putting it on the table. Ingredients

  1. 1as many (to taste) Salmon filets
  2. 1Onion
  3. 1as much (to taste) Brocolli. Daikon radish, etc.
  4. 6 tbspSugar
  5. 6 tbspVinegar
  6. 6 tbspSoy sauce
  7. 1suitable amount Cake flour

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Put salmon, seasoned with salt and pepper in a plastic bag with flour and shake.

  2. 2

Cut up the onion and sweat in a pan with oil. Fry the salmon in a generous amount of oil, being careful not to burn it. Add a small amount of sesame oil (not listed). Parboil the vegetables for about a minute. Boiling the daikon for a short time makes it crunchy and not watery.

  3. 3

Mix the wet ingredients together in a dish, transfer the salmon as soon as it's cooked, then the vegetables. Cover with plastic wrap and it's ready when the flavor is absorbed. Marinate for at least an hour.
