Ingredients

  • 1 kgChicken Thigh/Wings
  • 4 tbsOyster Sauce
  • 4 tbsSoy Sauce
  • 2 tbsSesame Oil
  • 2 tbsSake
  • 8 cmginger, peeled and cut into strips
  • 6 clovesgarlic, peeled and minced
  • 2 tbshoney (for glazing)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix chicken and marinade (soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sake, ginger, garlic) and set aside for at least 30mins

  2. 2

    Wrap up chicken in cooking paper

  3. 3

    Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Bake chicken wrap up and sealed in cooking paper or aluminium foil for 35mins

  4. 4

    Open the cooking paper or foil, glaze the chicken with honey and broil for another 10mins to brown the chicken
