First sieve wheat flour twice,then with cocoa powder,milk powder,baking powder, baking soda.

In blender add sugar,oil, butter milk, venila essence, coffee powder and blend it to smooth.

Now mix dry ingredients to wet in a mixing bowl add melted dark chocolate mix it add milk to make flowing ribbon consistency.

Grease the mould line with baking sheet and pour the batter. Heat kadai for 10min keep the mould and cook for 40,45 min on medium heat.
Take out and cook it. - 5
For ganache melt chocolate with double boiler add milk and butter mix it,melt white chocolate same way,keep the cake on wire rack/jali pour the ganash over chocolate in drops and cover the whole cake the tap it to spread evenly.set in fridge till set. Cake is ready to taste/serve.
