Stuffed Paneer Bhurji Paratha !!

Dough - In a big plate take wheat flour. Add salt and oil and mix well. Gradually add water to make smooth soft dough. Knead dough well for 4 to 5 mins. Grease with little oil, cover and keep aside for 10 to 15 mins.

Stuffing - Heat oil in pan on medium flame and add jeera. Let it crackle and add finely chopped onions. Saute till onions turns translucent. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dhania jeera powder, salt and mix well. Cook for 2 to 3 mins. Add crumbled paneer, mix well and further cook for 3 to 4 mins.

Add chopped fresh green coriander leaves, mix well and switch off the flame. Stuffing is ready. Remove in a plate and let it cool down completely.

Now knead the dough. Divide the dough in equal 8 parts. Take one part and make smooth ball. With the help of the rolling pin, roll thick roti.
Now make a lemon sized ball from the stuffing and keep in the centre of the prepared roti. Gather sides of the roti and remove extra dough and properly seal the edges. - 5
Again gently roll thick roti. Roast it on hot tawa with ghee on medium flame till it gets golden brown in colour from both the sides. Similarly make all the paratha's.

Serve hot Stuffed Paneer Paratha with curd, raita or pickle.
