Steps

Take a large mixing bowl add aata, methi leaves, ajwain, Salt, and red chili powder & mix with your hands. Add ghee & mix well. Add water to make a firm dough. Cover & keep it for 10 mins.

Divide dough into 4 to 5 equal portions. Place a clean sheet on a rolling board & roll it like a chapati.

Heat a non-stick pan. Place a rolled roti on it & let it cook on a medium flame. Spread ghee on it & flip it on another side too.

Both sides should be golden brown. Your meethi Parantha is ready to Serve.
