Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 cupplain oats,
  2. 1/2 cupsoya granules,
  3. 2 tbspoil,
  4. 4green chilli slitted,
  5. 1/2 cupsliced onion,
  6. 1/2 tspcrushed garlic,
  7. 1/2 tspgrated ginger,
  8. 1tomato sliced,
  9. as requiredSalt to taste,
  10. 1/2 tsphaldi powder,
  11. 1/2 tspred chilli powder,
  12. 1 tspdhania powder,
  13. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder,

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly soak soya granules in boiling water for 1/2 hr. Strain it, transfer it into normal water, keep aside for 1/2 hr. Strain it, keep aside.

    Take a pan, add oil, heat it. Add green chilli, saute it for 39 sec.

    Now add onion, saute it until pink.

    In goes ginger garlic, stir fry it until light brown.

    In goes tomato & salt, mix it well. Add haldi powder now, mix it well.

    Now add soya granules, stir fry it for a minute. In goes red chilli powder, dhania powder & garam masala powder, mix it well.

    Add oats now, mix it well. Stir fry it for a minute.

    In goes 1 cup water, mix it well. Give a boil, cook it stirring on high flame until a lil dry.

    Turn off the flame, take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
