In moderately heated pan add oil, add onion seeds, let them crackle then add potatoes and stir fry for 3-4 minutes, then add capsicum and stir fry for 3-4 minutes by add turmeric + salt + green chilli.

Now add water, mix nicely and cook by covering for 4-5 minutes. By now capsicum n potato have cooked well and have turned soft. Let water dry up and now filling ready for sandwich.

Apply butter on any one side of bread slices.
On other hand put eggs to boil. - 4
Take bread slices, add 2-3 tbsp if sandwich filling and cover it with another bread slice and press gently.

Put pan on low flame, place bread slice and pour little butter on sides of bread for better toasting and toast for around 2 minutes till base turns crisp and golden brown.
Flip and toast the other side till golden brown. Sandwich is done.
Alternatively it can be toasted in sandwich maker too. - 6
On other hand extract juice from fresh orange and pour into serving cups / glass. Slice banana and keep aside.
De shell boiled eggs and cut into halves. - 7
Assemble all prepared breakfast menu on breakfast table and enjoy happy morning breakfast.
