I finally nailed this recipe so I thought to share
Steps

Soak 2 cups of rice overnight or for about 8 hrs

Cook ⅓ cup of rice till soft and allow to cool completely

Drain the soaked rice and pour into a blender. Add all other ingredients into the blender and blend till smooth
- 4
The blended mixture should flow easily but not be too liquid
- 5
Pour into a bowl and cover. Set aside to rise (2 hours or more depending on how warm the temperature is)

Scoop and Fry the batter using a masa pan
