In a blender add Oreo biscuits and blend to make powder, set aside to a bowl and add melted butter and mix well.

Add to a heart shaped tart tin and press with back of spoon to smoothen. Refrigerate for 15 mins

On double boiler method add milk chocolate, dark chocolate and fresh cream and dissolve, ganache is ready and set aside

Pour onto the chocolate base and smoothen

Place halved strawberries and sprinklers and refrigerate for 30 mins. Demould
